Job Summary: The Institutional Sales Manager - Diagnostics will be responsible for driving sales growth and managing key institutional accounts, including hospitals, diagnostic centers, laboratories, government institutions, and corporate healthcare providers. The role involves developing strategic partnerships, executing sales strategies, and ensuring customer satisfaction to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development & Sales: Identify and develop new business opportunities in institutional sales for diagnostic products and services.
Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including hospital administrators, procurement teams, and laboratory heads.
Sales Strategy Execution: Develop and implement sales plans to achieve revenue and market share targets.
Tender & Contract Management: Participate in tenders, manage negotiations, and secure long-term contracts with institutions.
Market Analysis: Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competition, and customer needs.
Collaboration & Coordination: Work closely with internal teams such as marketing, operations, and product management to ensure smooth execution of sales initiatives.
Customer Support: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing queries, providing technical support, and ensuring timely delivery of products and services.
Compliance & Documentation: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies in all sales processes.
