As a Relationship Manager at Mittsure, you will be responsible for building and nurturing strong relationships with clients, primarily schools, educators, and institutional partners. Your role will involve driving customer satisfaction, supporting onboarding processes, resolving issues, and identifying growth opportunities.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with schools, educational institutions, and key stakeholders.
Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions using Mittsure's products and services.
Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Product, Support) to ensure smooth delivery and implementation.
Conduct regular follow-ups, reviews, and satisfaction checks with clients.
Provide training or product demonstrations to school staff and educators as needed.
Handle client escalations and ensure timely resolution of issues.
Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell Mittsure solutions.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities in CRM tools.
Participate in events, school visits, and promotional activities as a company representative.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Marketing, or a related field.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and school visits.
