Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for Relationship Manager and Sales Manager located in Chennai. The applicants will oversee and manage sales operations, develop sales strategies, and meet sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include leading and motivating the sales team, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and providing sales forecasts. The applicants will also be responsible for identifying new opportunities in the market and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Sales Management, Individual Targets, Team Leadership, and Sales Strategy skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Customer Relationship Management and Client Retention skills
Ability to analyze sales data and market trends
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Proven experience in sales management roles, preferably in the real estate sector
Proficiency in CRM software and sales management tools
Problem-solving skills and a results-oriented approach
