Relationship Manager

We are looking for a Relationship Manager to join our team Policy Bazaar.

Conduct field visits
to meet potential customers and explain insurance products.
Build and maintain
strong customer relationships to drive sales growth.

Understand customer
needs and recommend suitable insurance plans.


·      
Achieve monthly sales
targets and contribute to overall team performance.


·      
Ensure proper
follow-up and conversion of leads assigned by the company.


·      
Maintain accurate
records of meetings, sales activities, and customer interactions.


Requirements:

Any graduate ( Any
degree or minimum  1 year of experienced
candidates any banking sales and insurance sales ).


·      
Strong communication
and interpersonal skills.


·      
Passion for field
sales and customer interaction.


·      
Ability to work
independently and meet targets.


·      
Two-wheeler and valid
driving license preferred.
