Job Title: Relationship Manager
Digital Buzz is a leading real estate marketing agency specializing in performance marketing for residential and commercial projects. We help developers, real estate business owners, and channel partners generate high-quality leads and drive business growth through innovative digital strategies.
We are seeking a proactive and client-focused Relationship Manager to build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with our clients. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth execution of campaigns, client satisfaction, and repeat business.
• Sourcing potential clients for our lead generation service through networking, cold calling, nurturing leads, etc.
• Scheduling and conducting one-on-one meetings with potential clients.
• Demonstrating our software and explaining about the services we provide.
• Convince the potential clients and try to make closures by collecting payments.
• Briefing the marketing team about the client's requirement and ensuring quality delivery.
• Maintaining good relationship with the clients and keep the retention rate high.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in client servicing / relationship management (real estate marketing experience preferred).
• Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, social media)
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Problem-solving attitude with client-first mindset.
• Ability to handle multiple accounts and prioritize effectively.
• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and reporting dashboards.
