Key Responsibilities
Conduct tele-calling and cold-calling to generate leads
Engage with prospective learners to understand their career goals
Explain UPGrad’s programs and course offerings effectively
Nurture leads through consistent follow-up and relationship management
Maintain accurate records of interactions and conversions in CRM systems
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve enrolment targets
Deliver high-quality customer experience during every interaction
Key Skills Required
Minimum 1+ year of pre-sales experience (preferably in EdTech)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable with tele-calling and cold-calling activities
Ability to understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions
Target-driven and result-oriented mindset
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
