We are looking for a Field Sales Representative to join our team . The role requires candidates who are skilled in building customer relationships, following up on leads, and maximizing sales opportunities. Identify prospects and develop sales strategies to drive business growth. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹15,000 - ₹28,000 and prospects of growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Visit clients, project sites, and offices for scheduled meetings.
• Understand client requirements related to chemical products.
• Present product details, technical information, and usage guidelines.
• Coordinate with technical and sales teams for proposals and solutions.
• Follow up on client discussions, quotations, and approvals.
• Maintain proper records of client meetings and feedback.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Assist in resolving client queries and complaints.
• Support sales team in closing deals.
• Prepare daily/weekly meeting and visit reports.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 1 - 6 years of experience. Familiarity with different sales techniques is a must. Applicants should also have good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in computer use and the ability to utilize technology effectively are essential.
