Position Overview
We are seeking a results-driven and well-connected Sales Manager with solid experience in the global tours and travel industry. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of international travel markets, a strong global client network, and a proven ability to drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships and innovative sales approaches.
Key Responsibilities: -
· Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed business targets.
· Build and nurture long-term relationships with international clients, travel agents, and business partners.
· Identify and pursue new business opportunities across global markets.
· Oversee the end-to-end sales cycle — from lead generation and client engagement to closing deals and after-sales service.
· Collaborate with the operations and marketing teams to design competitive global travel packages.
· Stay informed of emerging travel trends, destination updates, and competitive pricing models.
· Represent Wander Nova at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums to strengthen brand visibility.
· Lead and motivate a small sales team to achieve performance excellence.
Candidate Profile: -
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Tourism, or a related discipline.
· 2–5 years of proven experience in sales within the international tours and travel industry (mandatory).
· Strong global client network and exceptional relationship management skills.
· Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and close high-value deals.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
· Fluency in English and Hindi; proficiency in additional foreign languages is an advantage.
· High level of professionalism, self-motivation, and attention to detail.
