About the Role:
We are seeking a highly creative, strategic, and trend-obsessed Social Media Manager to own and scale High Creation Interior’s social presence across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, X, Pinterest, and emerging platforms. This role is ideal for someone who lives and breathes on social media, understands the nuances of short-form content, and knows how to translate brand storytelling into high-performing, platform-native content.
As the Social Media Manager, you will develop and execute our social strategy, produce and edit content, manage our influencer and creator partnerships, support community engagement, and play a key role in building brand awareness and affinity. You will collaborate cross-functionally with Creative, Design, and Marketing to increase the trust in brand.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Strategy & Execution
• Develop and own High Creation Interior’s social media strategy across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, X, Pinterest, and emerging platforms.
• Build monthly content calendars and platform-specific plans aligned with launches, campaigns, holidays, and audience interest.
• Ideate, script, and short-form content that feels native to each platform
• Create strategy for content to support storytelling
• Maintain and evolve the brand’s social media voice, aesthetic, and tone
Influencer & Creator Partnerships
• Lead High Creation Interior’s influencer strategy across Instagram, and YouTube
• Identify, recruit, and manage relationships with creators, influencers, and UGC partners
• Manage outreach, gifting, seeding, negotiations, and content coordination
• Build influencer briefs, review submitted content, and ensure deliverables align with brand guidelines
• Track performance, engagement, EMV, KPIs, and campaign outcomes
• Support paid creator collaborations and negotiate usage rights when needed
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to amplify top-performing creator content and integrate into campaigns
Community Management & Engagement
• Oversee daily community management across all platforms
• Respond to DMs, comments, UGC, and brand mentions in an on-brand manner
• Cultivate an engaged and loyal Interior -loving community
• Monitor sentiment and gather customer insights
Analytics & Optimization
• Track performance metrics across all platforms; report weekly and monthly results
• Identify high-performing content pillars and iterate based on insights
• Stay ahead of trends, platform changes, cultural moments, and competitive activity
• Test new formats, editing styles, hooks, and posting strategies to maximize engagement and growth
