Job Purpose
To enhance customer satisfaction and retention by reminding customers about their vehicle's scheduled service, informing them about service offers, and assisting them in booking service appointments.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound reminder calls to customers for scheduled vehicle servicing.
Inform customers about ongoing service offers, promotions, and maintenance packages.
Assist customers in booking service appointments and coordinate with the service team.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups in the CRM system.
Handle basic customer queries related to vehicle service schedules and escalate complex issues to the Service Manager or Team Leader.
Ensure professional, courteous, and customer-centric communication at all times.
Achieve daily and weekly call targets while contributing to customer retention goals.
Eligibility
Minimum 12th Pass; Graduation is preferred.
Prior experience in Telecalling, Customer Service, or Automobile CRM is preferred.
Freshers with excellent communication skills may also be considered.
Required Skills
Strong verbal communication skills in Hindi, English, and Marathi.
