Telecaller

Job Responsibilities:

 Make outbound and attend inbound calls to customers

 Generate the List of customers from Data Bank

 Explain company products/services clearly (technical or scientific products, if any)

 Understand customer requirements and provide accurate information

 Follow up on enquiries and maintain customer database

 Coordinate with sales/technical team when required

 Achieve daily/weekly calling and follow-up targets

 Maintain proper call records and reports

 Take appoints for Sales staff as & when required.

 DSR should be provided.

Skills Required:

 Good communication skills (Hindi/English /Marathi)

 Basic understanding of science/technical concepts

 Ability to explain information clearly and confidently

 Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM, email)

 Polite, patient, and customer-friendly attitude, Politeness

Key Requirements:

 Science education preferred to understand technical products

 Willingness to learn product details

 Target-oriented and disciplined approach

Job Location/Time & weekly off

 Thane Office / 10.00 a.m – 6.00 p.m. / Sunday

Experience Industrial sales

Minimum 2-3 years
