Job Summary:

We are looking for a female telecaller to handle incoming leads generated from ads through WhatsApp and phone calls. The role involves converting potential leads into clients by providing information about our IT services and maintaining excellent communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle and respond to leads from ads via WhatsApp and calls

• Explain company services (Web, App, Software Development, etc.) to clients

• Maintain daily follow-up with interested leads

• Keep accurate records of calls, messages, and client details

• Coordinate with the sales team for meetings or deal closures

• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients

Requirements:

• Female candidates only

• Good communication skills (English, Hindi, Gujarati preferred)

• Basic understanding of IT services

• Confident, polite, and customer-oriented attitude

• Freshers can apply; training will be provided
  Working Days: Monday to friday
