Telecaller Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Telecaller to handle inbound and

outbound calls, generate leads, follow up with prospective students/customers, and

provide information about our courses and services.

Key Responsibilities

 Make outbound calls to prospective students/leads.

 Handle inbound enquiries and provide accurate information.

 Explain courses, programs, fees, eligibility, and other relevant details.

 Follow up with leads through calls and WhatsApp/messages.

 Maintain proper records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.

 Identify interested prospects and schedule counselling or appointments.

 Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets.

 Coordinate with the Counselling and Sales teams.

 Maintain professional communication with students and parents.

 Ensure timely follow-up with all assigned leads.

Required Skills

 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

 Good convincing and negotiation abilities.

 Comfortable making a high volume of calls.

 Basic computer knowledge.

 Ability to work with targets.

 Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

 Knowledge of Hindi, English, and Marathi will be an advantage.

Qualification

 Minimum 12th Pass; Graduate preferred.

 Freshers can apply.

Preferred Candidate

 Confident and energetic personality.

 Good telephone etiquette.

 Strong follow-up skills.

 Target-oriented and self-motivated.

 Prior experience in telecalling, education sales, or customer service will be an

advantage.
