### Customer Support Specialist – US Healthcare Process

We are hiring a **Customer Support Specialist** for our **US Healthcare Process** in Wagle Estate, Thane West, Mumbai.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Handle customer support calls for the US Healthcare process.

* Manage high-volume calls while maintaining excellent customer service.

* Assist patients, providers, and other healthcare-related queries.

* Handle claims-related and medical billing queries.

* Resolve customer issues efficiently through strong problem-solving skills.

* Manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and service quality.

* Work according to rotational US shifts.

**Requirements:**

* HSC / Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.

* 1–3 years of experience in US Healthcare Customer Service.

* Medical Billing experience is preferred.

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

* Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.

* Ability to handle high-volume calls and multitask.

* Previous BPO / Healthcare Support experience is preferred.

**Preferred Experience:**

* Claims Processing

* Provider Support

* Patient Support

* Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)

**Job Details:**

* **Location:** Wagle Estate, Thane West, Mumbai

* **Job Type:** Full-Time

* **Shift:** Rotational 24/7 shifts (No midnight shifts)

* **Working Days:** 5 days working + 2 rotational weekoffs

* **Salary:** Up to ₹40,000 in-hand, depending on last drawn salary

* **Transportation:** No company transportation
