We are seeking a Technical Support Executive for our Voice Process team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality technical support to our customers through voice communication. This role requires strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach to ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Provide first-level support for technical issues via voice communication.
Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware/software issues for customers.
Guide customers through step-by-step solutions to resolve their queries.
Document customer interactions and issues in the support system.
Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved to satisfaction.
Collaborate with other support teams and departments to escalate complex issues.
Skills and Qualifications
Excellent verbal communication skills in English
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software.
Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows and Mac OS.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
Customer service orientation and ability to work well in a team.
Experience with CRM software and ticketing systems is a plus.
