We are seeking a Travel Support Executive to join our team, primarily engaging with customers through chat (90%) and voice (10%). The ideal candidate will assist travelers with inquiries, bookings, and support to ensure a seamless travel experience.
Responsibilities
Provide exceptional support to customers via chat and voice channels.
Assist customers with travel-related inquiries, bookings, and changes to itineraries.
Resolve customer issues promptly and effectively while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Document customer interactions and transactions accurately in the system.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth service delivery and address customer concerns.
Stay updated with travel policies, procedures, and industry trends to provide accurate information.
Skills and Qualifications
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
Proficiency in using chat software and CRM tools.
Basic knowledge of travel industry standards and practices is a plus.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing information.
Comfortable working with technology and adapting to new software.
