We are seeking a motivated and results-driven US Collections / Retention Executive to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer accounts, ensuring timely collections, and implementing retention strategies to minimize churn.
Responsibilities
Manage and resolve customer inquiries regarding collections and retention in a timely manner.
Conduct follow-up calls to ensure payment collection and retention of accounts (if required).
Negotiate payment terms and settlements with customers effectively.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve retention strategies.
Analyze customer data to identify trends and develop strategies for reducing churn.
Prepare reports on collection and retention activities for management review.
Skills and Qualifications
1-8 years of experience in collections or customer retention roles.
Strong communication and negotiation skills in English (both verbal and written).
Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Knowledge of US collection laws and regulations is preferred.
Customer-oriented mindset with a strong focus on service excellence.
