Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate
Experience: 0–3 Years (Freshers Welcome)
Age Limit: 18 to 35 Years

Work Days: 6 Days (1 Day Weekly Off)
Key Responsibilities
Attend customer calls and chat support
Understand customer needs and provide accurate information
Solve queries or forward them to the concerned department
Maintain customer interaction records
Ensure polite and professional communication
Meet daily quality and performance standards
Requirements
Minimum 12th Pass
Good communication skills in Hindi or English
Basic computer knowledge (typing & MS Office)
Should be confident, polite, and customer-friendly
Ready to join immediately preferred
