Job Description:
We are looking for confident and customer-focused professionals to join our International Voice Support team. The role involves handling inbound/outbound calls from global customers, providing accurate information, and delivering an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle international customer calls professionally and efficiently .
Understand customer concerns and provide timely resolutions.
Maintain high standards of call quality and customer satisfaction.
Accurately document customer interactions in CRM systems.
Follow company policies, scripts, and compliance guidelines.
Meet performance metrics such as AHT, FCR, and CSAT.
Required Skills:
Excellent spoken English with clear pronunciation.
Strong communication and listening skills.
Customer-centric mindset with problem-solving ability.
Ability to handle pressure and manage difficult conversations.
Ability to understand and adapt to US Accents
Willingness to work in night/rotational shifts
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience in International BPO / Voice Process.
Candidates based in Bangalore are preferred.
Ability to adapt to different cultures and time zones.
Flexible to work in night shifts.
Exposure to global customer handling is an added advantage.
