• HSC / Any Graduate / Any Post Graduate

• Candidates with relevant experience can apply irrespective of qualification

Job Description / Responsibilities

• Handle inbound & outbound customer calls, emails, or chats professionally

• Resolve customer queries, complaints, and service requests efficiently

• Provide accurate information about products/services

• Maintain proper call and interaction records in CRM system

• Ensure customer satisfaction and follow escalation process when required

• Meet daily/weekly performance targets (quality & productivity)

Skills Required

• Good communication skills in English & Hindi

• Ability to understand and solve customer issues

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Email, CRM)

• Customer-oriented attitude with problem-solving skills

• Willingness to work in shifts (if applicable)

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

• Experience in BPO / Call Center / Customer Service

• Knowledge of regional languages (Marathi is a plus)

• Prior experience in voice / non-voice / blended process
