1️⃣ Identifying, handling, and resolving customer queries and concerns on calls while maintaining quality as per ICICI Lombard standards.
2️⃣ Documenting and recording transactions, follow-ups, and requests accurately.
3️⃣ Understanding and managing multiple insurance products and processes.
4️⃣ Influencing customers to buy or retain products/services using defined scripts and product references.
🎯 Roles & Responsibilities:
• Comprehend and resolve customer concerns by gathering the right information and processing each call per IL standards.
• Update systems accurately and escalate unresolved queries to relevant teams with clear summaries.
• Participate in organizational/process initiatives to improve efficiency.
• Handle irate customers calmly and professionally.
• Operate telephony and CRM systems efficiently.
• Achieve defined performance and quality targets.
• Maintain superior service quality as per company standards.
🎓 Qualification: Any Graduate (MBA preferred)
