Key Responsibilities
Counsel prospective students regarding available courses and career opportunities.
Handle inbound and outbound leads through calls, emails, and online platforms.
Convert inquiries into admissions by effectively explaining course benefits.
Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective students and parents.
Achieve monthly admission targets and contribute to revenue growth.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and admissions in the CRM system.
Provide clear information regarding course structure, fees, and schedules.
Coordinate with the academic and operations team for admission processing.
