International Customer Support Executive
Location: Airoli, Navi Mumbai
*Key Responsibilities:*
Handle inbound/outbound customer queries for international clients
Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns efficiently
Upsell products/services wherever applicable
Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction
*Eligibility Criteria:*
Minimum 1 year of experience in International Customer Support (mandatory)
Candidates with customer support + upselling background are eligible
Excellent (C1 level) communication skills required
Minimum qualification: HSC (12th pass)
Open to Pan India candidates
Immediate joiners preferred
*Shift & Working Days:*
Rotational shifts
2 rotational week-offs
*Salary:*
Up to 5 LPA (maximum)
