We are hiring Customer Support Executives for a Media Process supporting **ZEE5** users. The role involves handling customer queries related to subscriptions, streaming issues, account management, and general platform support via calls, chat, or email.

### **Key Responsibilities:**
* Handle inbound/outbound customer interactions (calls/chat/email)
* Resolve customer queries related to:
* Subscription & billing issues
* Login / account access problems
* Video streaming / buffering issues
* Content-related inquiries
* Provide accurate and timely resolutions
* Maintain high customer satisfaction (CSAT) scores
* Document customer interactions in CRM systems
* Follow company policies and quality guidelines

### **Eligibility Criteria:**
* Minimum Qualification: HSC (12th Pass) / Graduate
* Fresher & Experienced both can apply
* Basic to good English communication skills
* Hindi/Regional language proficiency preferred
* Basic computer knowledge required

* Basic technical understanding (apps, mobile, OTT platforms)

* Rotational shifts (including weekends)
