Role Objective:

Manage day-to-day à la carte kitchen operations, ensure food quality and hygiene standards, and contribute to product innovation and development.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Prepare à la carte meals as per orders while maintaining presentation and portion standards.

• Innovate new healthy dishes and improve existing recipes based on customer feedback.

• Collaborate with the nutrition and operations team to maintain calorie and portion.

• Ensure kitchen hygiene, food safety, and efficient order turnaround times.

• Participate in product innovation and assist with updates to kitchen SOPs.

• Manage Kitchen Order Ticket (KOT) process, track and reduce daily wastage.

• Handle inventory management, stock keeping, and vendor coordination for daily ingredient purchases.

Skills & Qualifications:

• 1- 2 years of Experience preferred as Commis-I / À La Carte Chef in a professional kitchen.

• Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen operations.

• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

• Creativity and passion for healthy food and recipe innovation.
