Key Responsibilities*

-Beverage Crafting: Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso shots, lattes, cappuccinos, teas, and seasonal specials, adhering strictly to our recipe standards.

-Dialing In & Quality Control: Assist in calibrating grinders and dialing in the espresso machine daily to ensure optimal extraction, flavor, and consistency.

-Customer Hospitality: Enthusiastically greet customers, take orders accurately via the POS system, handle transactions, and answer questions regarding our coffee origins and flavor profiles.

-Milk Texturing: Steam milk to precise temperatures and textures, consistently aiming for high-quality microfoam (basic latte art skills are a major plus!).

-Cleanliness & Sanitation: Maintain a clean and organized work station throughout the shift. Deep-clean coffee equipment, including back-flushing group heads and cleaning grinders during closing cycles.

-Stock & Inventory: Monitor inventory levels of milk, beans, syrups, and pastries, and restock station supplies as needed.
