Lead and supervise the kitchen team
Oversee Mughlai dishes, rolls, kebabs & tikkas
Maintain food taste, quality & hygiene
Handle marination, grilling & tandoor operations
Manage stock, inventory & daily materials
Train and guide assistant chefs & helpers
Ensure smooth workflow and timely order processing
Skills:
Strong knowledge of Mughlai, Tandoor, Grill, Kebabs & Tikkas
Recipe consistency & marination expertise
Team leadership and kitchen management
Stock handling & quality control
Hygiene and safety management
Experience Required: 1–5 years in Mughlai/Tandoor/Grill kitchen
Salary: ₹14,000 – ₹18,000/month
