📌 Position Details

Position: Operations Manager

Work Mode: Permanent Work From Home (WFH)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary: ₹65,000 – ₹75,000 per month

Notice Period: Up to 60 Days

🎯 Key Responsibilities

✔ Oversee daily operational activities across departments

✔ Monitor productivity, KPIs, and service delivery metrics

✔ Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency

✔ Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

✔ Analyze reports and identify opportunities for continuous improvement

✔ Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards

✔ Manage escalations and process optimization initiatives

✔ Lead, mentor, and support remote teams

✔ Maintain operational reports, dashboards, and documentation

✅ Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field

• Proven experience in Operations or Process Management roles

• Strong leadership and people management skills

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

• Proficiency in MS Excel, reporting tools, and operational dashboards

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

• Strong understanding of workflow optimization and process improvement

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines efficiently
