Operation Manager

We are looking for a Society Manager for our Residential Society at Oshiwara, Mumbai. Candidate should have good working knowledge of the Model Bye Laws for CHS. This role involves managing day to day tasks of the Society, Resident issues, Billings , collection and coordinating with civic authorities . The role offers upto Rs. 25000.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the daily tasks .

• Coordinate with vendors / technicians and address maintenance issues that may arise.

• Address residents issues with respect to billing, payments, transfers

• Maintain the statutory paper work as per Model bye laws.

• Prepare and maintain minutes of meeting during committee meetings

• Update the office bearers/ committee members of the society on a regular basis.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate with good spoken english with 2-3 years experience. You will be responsible for managing and maintaining order in the society, resolving residents issues, co ordinating for water, electricity , sanitation and general up keep of the premises and escalating complex issues to the managing committee as & when necessary. Candidates must be open to a Working 6 Days week during the Day shift.
