Operation Manager

Key Responsibilities

Operations Management

• Oversee and manage day-to-day business operations.

• Develop and implement operational processes to improve efficiency and productivity.

• Monitor operational performance and prepare periodic reports for management.

• Ensure timely execution of organizational goals and projects.

Digital Marketing

• Coordinate and monitor digital marketing campaigns across various platforms.

• Work closely with the marketing team to improve lead generation and brand visibility.

• Track campaign performance using analytics and prepare performance reports.

• Collaborate with designers, content creators, and marketing agencies to ensure timely campaign execution.

Team Coordination

• Lead, supervise, and coordinate internal teams to achieve business objectives.

• Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion of projects.

• Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.

• Foster collaboration, accountability, and a positive work environment.

Administration

• Manage office administration, documentation, and record keeping.

• Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal departments.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.

• Handle budgeting, procurement, inventory, and other administrative activities as required.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field.

• 3–5+ years of experience in operations management, digital marketing coordination, and administration.

• Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms and analytics tools.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

• Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and manage deadlines effectively.
