• Manage and monitor renewal cycles for telecom service contracts (broadband, leased line, fiber connectivity, etc.).

• Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth renewal processes.

• Track renewal due dates, pending payments, and contract expirations using CRM or ERP tools.

• Prepare and maintain renewal reports, MIS, and performance dashboards.

• Liaise with the accounts and billing teams for payment follow-ups and invoice reconciliation.

• Support service assurance teams to ensure uninterrupted services during renewals.

• Analyze customer data to identify retention opportunities and reduce churn.

• Handle customer escalations related to renewals or service continuation.

• Assist management in forecasting and planning renewal targets.

• Ensure compliance with company and telecom regulatory policies.

Required Skills:

• Strong understanding of telecom operations (ISP, network, fiber, or enterprise connectivity).

• Excellent communication and coordination skills.

• Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM tools, and data reporting.

• Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
