Computer Operator

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, issue, and manage Invoices and Purchase Orders (POs) accurately.

• Transfer data from paper or digital formats into databases, spreadsheets, and company software.

• Maintain a digital filing system for all invoices and POs for easy retrieval.

• Verify data by checking it against source documents (cross-checking quantities, prices, and terms).

• Update existing spreadsheets with new financial or logistical data.

• Identify and correct data entry errors promptly.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Excel Proficiency (Non-Negotiable): Must be comfortable with formatting, basic formulas (SUM, AVERAGE, IF), filters, VLOOKUP, and Pivot Tables.

• System Knowledge: Must have general computer literacy and the ability to learn new software quickly.
