📌 Job Role: Back Office Executive

📍 Experience: 0–3 Years

💰 Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹30,000 (Depends on Interview)

📄 Bond: 1 Year

🔹 Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage content for internal and external communication (reports, presentations, etc.)

• Prepare business reports, proposals, and documentation

• Maintain and update company records and data

• Assist in organizing training sessions and onboarding processes

• Conduct market research and analyze industry trends

• Ensure smooth back-office operations and process efficiency

• Support internal teams with administrative tasks

🔹 Requirements:

• Proficiency in English

• Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

• Basic understanding of CRM tools (preferred)

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Self-motivated and result-driven approach

• Bachelor’s Degree in any field
