Lead, supervise, and motivate team members to meet targets
Allocate daily tasks and monitor team performance
Ensure smooth day-to-day operations

Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
2–5 years of experience as a Team Leader or Senior Executive
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to manage people and handle pressure
Problem-solving and decision-making skills
Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools
