About the Role: We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented
Sales Representative who will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients through outbound calls, engaging with leads generated via social media or our existing database, and scheduling meetings for the business development team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, confidence in client interaction, and the ability to convert leads into qualified appointments.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients from social media leads or existing databases.
Introduce company services/products in a clear, engaging, and professional manner.
Qualify leads based on interest, need, and potential for conversion.
Schedule appointments or online meetings for the sales or business development team.
Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and lead status in CRM.
Achieve daily/weekly call and meeting targets.
Follow up with warm leads and ensure consistent communication to maximize conversion opportunities.
Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to optimize lead quality and conversion rates.
Requirements:
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build rapport quickly and handle objections professionally.
Basic understanding of sales and customer relationship processes.
Comfortable working with CRM tools and maintaining proper data logs.
Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude.
Fluent in English and Hindi.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Prior experience in telesales, customer support, or lead generation will be an added advantage.
