We are looking for an Senior Accountant (Import-Export )to join our team at Pritam International Private Limited. The role involves managing financial transactions, preparing accurate reports, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations. The position offers ₹30000 - ₹45000 and opportunities for professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle complete Import and export operational activities

• Manage and prepare documentation such as:

  • Purchase Orders, Commercial Invoice, Packing List

  • Bill of Lading / Airway Bill

  • Shipping Instructions

  • Certificate of Origin, FTA documents

  • Export/Import Licensing documents

  • LUT/Bond for exports (if applicable)

• Coordinate with customs, freight forwarders, transporters & CHA

• Track shipment status and ensure timely clearance and delivery

• Verify HS Codes, duties, taxes, GST, IGST refunds, and trade compliance

• Maintain records in ICEGATE, DGFT portal for schemes like EPCG, Advance License etc.

• Communicate with overseas suppliers & customers for shipment & documentation

• Prepare MIS reports on shipments, landed costs, claims etc.

• Handle logistics negotiations to optimize freight and cost efficiency

• Ensure adherence to Govt. guidelines (Foreign Trade Policy, Customs Act)

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 2 - 4 years of experience. Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Business / Supply Chain / International Trade

• Diploma in Export–Import (EXIM) or Foreign Trade is preferred Technical Knowledge

  • Good understanding of:

    • INCOTERMS

    • HS Code Classification

    • Customs clearance procedures

    • Shipping and logistics documentation

    • DGFT processes (EPCG, Advance Authorization, MEIS/ROSCTL etc.)

    • ICEGATE usage, E-invoicing, Duty calculations (Customs duty, IGST)

    Commercial Invoice, Packing List

  • Bill of Lading / Airway Bill

  • Purchase Orders, Shipping Instruction

  • Certificate of Origin, Insurance, LUT/Bond

  • BOE & Export/Import supporting docs
