·         Label and marketing review: Review product labels, marketing claims, and advertising materials to ensure they meet legal standards and are aligned with regulatory expectations.

·         Agency interaction: Serve as the primary point of contact for regulatory agencies, building and maintaining relationships, and negotiating with them for approvals.

·         Legal and policy support: Assist in preparing legal responses to notices and other queries from government bodies and provide strategic advice on public policy matters.

·         Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with research and development, marketing, and sales teams to align new products with regulatory requirements and advise on compliance strategies.
