Finance & Accounts Manager

Experience: Minimum 3 Years
Salary: Up to ₹40,000 per month, depending on experience and interview performance

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Finance & Accounts Manager to manage day-to-day accounting operations, taxation, compliance, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of GST, TDS, income tax, accounting principles, and statutory compliance, along with the ability to independently manage finance and accounts functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting and financial transactions.

• Handle GST returns, reconciliations, and compliance.

• Manage TDS calculations, deductions, returns, and related compliance.

• Ensure timely income tax and other statutory compliance.

• Prepare and review financial statements, MIS reports, and management reports.

• Manage accounts payable, receivable, bank reconciliation, and ledger scrutiny.

• Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, and government authorities whenever required.

• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulations.

• Support management with financial analysis, budgeting, and decision-making.

Key Skills Required

• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS & Income Tax

• Excellent understanding of Accounting & Bookkeeping

• Experience in MIS Reporting & Financial Analysis

• Good knowledge of Bank Reconciliation, Ledger & Finalization of Accounts

• Proficiency in Tally / Accounting Software and MS Excel

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

• Ability to independently manage finance and accounting operations

Eligibility

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts.

• B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter or equivalent qualification preferred.

• Candidates with hands-on experience in taxation and statutory compliance will be preferred.

Salary: Up to ₹40,000/month, depending on the candidate's experience, skills, and interview performance.
