We are looking for an experienced Compliance Executive to manage PF, ESIC, payroll processing, statutory compliance, employee documentation, and compliance-related activities.
Key Responsibilities-
Manage PF & ESIC compliance, including registrations, returns and challans.
Handle ESIC IP registration and employee-related updates.
Support monthly payroll processing and statutory deductions.
Maintain employee records, compliance documents and statutory registers.
Ensure timely completion of statutory compliance activities and filings.
Handle PF/ESIC-related employee queries and resolve discrepancies.
Assist in compliance audits and provide required documentation.
Coordinate with HR, Payroll, Accounts and other stakeholders.
Prepare compliance reports and MIS using MS Excel.
Maintain accurate records in HR/Payroll systems.
Stay updated with applicable statutory and labour compliance requirements.
Requirements-
Graduate in HR, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
2–5 years of relevant experience in HR Compliance, Payroll or Statutory Compliance.
Hands-on knowledge of PF & ESIC compliance, returns and challans.
Experience in ESIC IP Registration.
Knowledge of payroll processing and employee documentation.
Good working knowledge of MS Excel and HR/Payroll systems.
Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
Experience in compliance audits will be an advantage.
