Role Overview
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented In-House Accountant who can manage the complete financial operations of the company. This role involves handling day-to-day accounting, ensuring financial accuracy, and maintaining proper records for smooth business functioning.

Key Responsibilities
1. Daily Accounting
• Maintain all financial records (sales, expenses, payments, receipts)
• Handle day-to-day bookkeeping
• Record all transactions accurately in accounting software
2. Billing & Invoicing
• Generate client invoices and payment receipts
• Track pending payments and coordinate for collections
• Maintain proper billing structure
3. Expense & Cash Flow Management
• Monitor company expenses and control unnecessary costs
• Maintain petty cash and daily cash flow records
• Provide regular updates on financial status
4. Tax & Compliance
• Handle GST filing, TDS, and other statutory compliances
• Coordinate with CA for audits and financial reporting
• Ensure all legal and financial regulations are followed
5. Financial Reporting
• Prepare monthly profit & loss reports
• Maintain balance sheets and financial summaries
• Provide insights for better financial decisions

Requirements
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles
• Experience with Tally / Busy / Zoho Books or similar software
• Good understanding of GST, TDS, and compliance
• Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Prior experience in a similar role preferred
