Team Lead – Australian Accounting
📍 Sindhubhavan Road, Ahmedabad

Australian accounting experience is a must.
Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced professional to lead a team, manage Australian clients, and ensure high-quality financial reporting and compliance. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to take full ownership of client deliverables.
Key Responsibilities
🔹 Client Management
Lead regular client meetings and ensure timely communication.
Oversee preparation and review of financial statements.
Act as primary contact for auditors and manage regulatory/bank portal access.
Identify improvement opportunities within client businesses.
🔹 Team Leadership
Lead, mentor, and develop team members through Navigate’s Performance Development Plan.
Ensure proper resource allocation and on-time task completion.
Review work before submission to Manager/clients, ensuring accuracy and quality.
🔹 Operations & Task Management
Ensure all tasks are properly assigned and updated in Karbon.
Maintain updated client-specific manuals and internal controls.
Ensure client deliverables are completed within deadlines.
🔹 Technical Expertise
Review financial transactions, balance sheets, payroll, tax compliance, and journals.
Prepare accurate financial reports and cashflow forecasts.
Train team members on technical accounting areas.
🔹 Reporting
Provide monthly team reports (capacity, complaints/resolutions, leave planning).
