Location: Gota, Ahmedabad
Employment Type: Full-time

Salary: As per company standards and candidate experience
Working Days: Monday to Friday and Alternate Saturdays
Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, statutory compliance, and financial record-keeping. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in GST and TDS filings, strong accounting knowledge, and proficiency in Tally Prime.

Key Responsibilities
• Prepare, review, and file TDS returns accurately within statutory deadlines.
• Manage GST compliance, including return filing, reconciliations, and maintenance of related records.
• Handle day-to-day accounting activities using Tally Prime.
• Generate customer invoices, process billing transactions, and maintain accurate billing records.
• Monitor and maintain petty cash transactions with proper documentation and controls.
• Perform account reconciliations and assist in monthly financial reporting.
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards, taxation laws, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, banks, and internal stakeholders as required.
• Support financial analysis and reporting activities to assist management decision-making.

Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Commerce, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting operations, GST filing, and TDS compliance.
• Proficiency in Tally Prime is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of invoicing processes and petty cash management.
• Sound knowledge of accounting principles, taxation regulations, and statutory compliance.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and accuracy in financial record-keeping.

Preferred Qualifications
• Prior experience in the IT industry will be an added advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
