Job Description

Job Summary:
The Technical Personnel will handle setup, operation, and maintenance of networking and communication infrastructure for events. Responsibilities include pre-event installation, live event support, and post-event dismantling.

Key Responsibilities:

Install and manage LAN, fiber, and power cabling (including splicing, testing, and troubleshooting)
Set up and support network equipment such as switches, routers, firewalls, Wi-Fi access points, and media converters
Ensure reliable internet connectivity for CCTV, live streaming, POS systems, and event operations
Monitor network performance and provide on-site technical support during live events
Coordinate with event teams, vendors, and ISPs to resolve issues quickly
Follow safety standards and event compliance requirements

Requirements:

Hands-on experience with optical fiber splicing, termination, and testing
Strong knowledge of LAN/WAN networking
Experience with event-based or temporary network setups
Ability to work long hours, night shifts, and in high-pressure environments
