Academic Qualification: Preferably Graduate or minimum 10+2.
Technical Qualification: One-year Diploma in Computer Hardware & Networking is mandatory.
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the IT support field.
Strong understanding of the IT domain.
Ability to close minimum 3 service calls per day.
Clear and understandable communication skills (no lisp).
Good understanding of customer requirements and coordination with internal teams.
Proper knowledge of service call report filling and documentation.
Desktop & Laptop:
L3 level troubleshooting
Proper diagnosis and spares replacement
Printer:
L3 level troubleshooting
Proper diagnosis and spares replacement
Network:
L2 level knowledge
Remote access handling and switch replacement
Server (Preferable):
L2 level knowledge
OS installation and spares replacement
Sales Knowledge:
L1 level
Ability to understand customer requirements and pass leads to the Sales Team
Own laptop is mandatory.
Bike is preferable.
Willingness to travel within Kolkata & surrounding areas.
Should be movable outside Kolkata as and when required.
