Desktop troubleshooting, Printer Installation, User Outlook configuration, antivirus installation, VPN configuration, System formatting, OS installation, Laptop and Desktop configuration for the users.
Ensuring the SOPs' Compliance, Data Integrity, document reconciliation, Proper documentation, and support on IT Audit readiness.
To perform Schedule Activity as per the SOP, like: OS Hardening/PM
Execution of preventive maintenance in Servers & clients.
To support the end user’s Matrix ticketing calls on a routine basis.
Networking, Desktop, Printer, and Laptop troubleshooting.
Preparation of IT-Inventory as per the SOP
