Graphic Designer

Position Overview

The ideal candidate is a creative storyteller who blends design expertise with digital marketing strategy. You’ll be responsible for designing high-impact visual assets and managing our social media presence to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and highlight our listings and achievements.

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design

• Design marketing materials including brochures, flyers, signage, listing presentations, business cards, and email campaigns.

• Develop visually consistent branding across all print and digital platforms.

• Create compelling property highlight graphics, virtual tour visuals, and open house announcements.

• Collaborate with agents and the marketing team to support campaigns, events, and seasonal promotions.

• Manage and maintain brand guidelines to ensure a cohesive visual identity.

Social Media Management

• Develop and execute social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging platforms.

• Plan, create, and schedule engaging content (images, videos, reels, and stories) that reflect our brand and highlight listings.

• Monitor analytics and engagement metrics to optimize reach, growth, and lead generation.

• Stay current on real estate trends, social media algorithms, and design innovations.

• Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and build an active online community.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or related field.

• 2+ years of experience in graphic design and/or social media management.

• Real Estate Industry Experience is mandatory.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, and video editing tools.

• Strong understanding of social media platforms, content trends, and analytics tools.

• Exceptional attention to detail, creativity, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Photography/videography skills are a plus.
