Creative Designer

Position: Creative/Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities:
• Conceptualize and execute visual designs across various media – digital, print, social, and video.
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to deliver compelling brand-aligned creatives.
• Design social media posts, web banners, emailers, presentations, brochures, product packaging, and event collaterals.
• Adapt master creatives into multiple sizes and formats based on media requirements.
• Maintain brand consistency in all design outputs.
• Stay up to date with design trends, creative techniques, and software updates.
• Manage multiple projects with tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality output.
• Create motion graphics and short videos (preferred ).

Required Skills & Software Proficiency:
• Strong portfolio showcasing design thinking and versatility.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite:
• Photoshop – Image editing, social posts, ad creatives
• Illustrator – Vector designs, logos, iconography
• InDesign – Print layouts, brochures, publications(having this will be added advantage)
• After Effects / Premiere Pro – (Preferred) for motion graphics/video editing
• Basic knowledge of Figma or Canva for collaborative or rapid design tasks.
• Understanding of typography, color theory, layout principles, and branding and knowledge of releasing artwork- print materials.
• Ability to visualize ideas and bring abstract concepts to life.
• Familiarity with responsive design and digital assets for web/mobile platforms.

Educational Qualification:
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field.
• Proficiency in English, Hindi & Bengali

Nice to Have:
• Experience in UI/UX basics, web design, or wireframing.
• Photography skills or understanding of photo editing basics.
• Knowledge of print production processes.
• Should be on social platforms with updated knowledge on the current AI tools & their usage

Experience & Qualification

Minimum 5 years working in a organisation /agency on the same job profile. Need to have worked for both offline & digital creatives

Salary:40k-45k /m
