Job Title: Sales Executive & Site Office Manager (Real Estate)

Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Executive & Site Office Manager to join our real estate team in Vrindavan. The candidate will be responsible for managing the site office, attending to walk-in and scheduled clients, generating leads through cold calling, and converting prospects into customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist all customers visiting the site office.
- Explain project features, pricing, payment plans, and investment benefits.
- Conduct regular cold calls to prospective customers interested in Vrindavan real estate projects.
- Follow up with leads generated through advertisements, property portals, and referrals.
- Schedule and coordinate site visits with prospective buyers.
- Maintain customer records and update lead status in the excel or register.
- Build strong relationships with clients and ensure excellent customer service.
- Coordinate with the sales and management teams to achieve monthly sales targets.
- Keep the site office organized and ensure project brochures and marketing materials are readily available.
- Prepare daily reports on customer visits, inquiries, follow-ups, and sales progress.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred (not mandatory for experienced candidates).
- 1–3 years of experience in real estate sales, telecalling, or customer service is preferred.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills in Hindi (English is an added advantage).
- Comfortable making cold calls and handling customer inquiries.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, MS Excel and MS Power Point is preferred.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and professional in appearance and behavior.
Salary
