Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales, expanding our market reach, and building lasting relationships with retailers and distributors in the assigned territory. This role involves extensive field work and offers excellent opportunities for career advancement within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Achieve sales targets and objectives within the assigned geographical area.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers (retailers, wholesalers, etc.).
Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
Regularly visit retail outlets, take orders, and ensure product availability and visibility.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide feedback to the management.
Ensure timely collection of payments from customers.
Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly sales reports.
Promote new products and schemes effectively to customers.
Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of proven experience in field sales, preferably within the FMCG industry.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Goal-oriented with a strong desire to achieve targets.
Knowledge of the local market and geographical area is a plus.
Possession of a valid driving license and a two-wheeler is preferred.
