Sales & Marketing Executive

We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team at Virendera Textiles. The role requires candidates who are skilled in building customer relationships, following up on leads, and maximizing sales opportunities. Identify prospects and develop sales strategies to drive business growth. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹25000 - ₹35000 and prospects of growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop new business in residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects

• Promote and sell waterproofing products and construction chemicals

• Meet architects, consultants, engineers, contractors, builders, and dealers for specifications

• Conduct product demos, presentations, and site visits

• Manage and expand dealer/distributor network in the assigned area

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets

• Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and close sales

• Coordinate with technical teams for application support

• Track competitors, pricing, and upcoming projects

• Ensure timely payment collection and maintain receivables.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Post Graduate and 3 - 6 years of experience. Familiarity with different sales techniques is a must. Applicants should also have good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in computer use and the ability to utilize technology effectively are essential.
